The National Strategy for Inclusive Education Development
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has approved the National Strategy for Inclusive Education Development, covering the period until 2029, and the operational plan for 2024-2026.
Main Goals and Measures
«The main goal of the strategy is to create conditions for quality education for every student, taking into account their individual needs and abilities,» the Ministry stated. Key measures include individualizing education, supporting social integration, developing students’ potential, combating discrimination, and supporting teachers and local self-government bodies.
Implementation Plan
The implementation plan involves improving monitoring systems, enhancing services at inclusive resource centers, creating inclusive environments in educational institutions, and increasing teacher qualifications.
