Alternative Methods of Delivering Military Draft Notices
According to the People’s Deputy Alexander Zavitnevich, there may be other effective ways to deliver military draft notices in parliament. He believes that handing over the notices through an electronic cabinet will allow to act before the enemy in terms of reaction time.

«Alternative methods of delivering draft notices do not provide a fast enough response, which could give the enemy an advantage and control over the situation,» Zavitnevich noted.
