In the Kyiv district of Odesa, Four Kindergartens to Undergo Repairs
In the Kyiv district of Odesa, four kindergartens are set to undergo repairs thanks to entrepreneur Oleksandr Zinoviyovich Arabadzhi, who recently won four tenders in one day on April 3rd.
These kindergartens are located at the following addresses: No. 106 on Akademika Koroleva Street, No. 272 on Heroiv Prykordivnykiv Street, No. 113 on Kosmonavtiv Street, and No. 304 on Akademika Viyliamsa Street.
Interestingly, each tender specified almost the same amount — 1,442 or 443 thousand UAH, with Arabadzhi being the sole participant in all cases. The specific details of the repairs are unknown as the tender documentation was not made public, only stating «capital repair of elements of territory improvement».
Established in June 2021, Arabadzhi’s sole proprietorship has rapidly grown, earning over 20 million UAH from tenders in just two and a half years of operation. The company initially focused on «capital repair of elements of territory improvement» for schools, kindergartens, and residential buildings across different districts of Odesa.
