The Raukhivska village council in the Odessa region has announced a tender for the reconstruction of a kindergarten for the amount of 147.5 million hryvnias for the second time. The announcement appeared in the Prozorro system on April 10, and the auction will take place on the 22nd. The planned work should be completed by November 30, 2025.
Previous Attempts and Project Details
It is worth noting that the first tender was announced back in November of last year, but it was canceled due to a lack of participants. The second attempt was made in December 2023, but it also did not yield results.
The reconstruction involves a complete renovation of the old kindergarten, built in the 1970s. As part of the project, the contractor is required to demolish both buildings and construct a new two-story kindergarten with six groups, including an inclusive one.
The new kindergarten will be equipped with an assembly hall, a medical unit with an isolation ward and a procedural room, a dining room, a laundry room, and even an elevator. On the site of the other building, children’s playgrounds with sunshades and a utility area are planned to be arranged.
The project also envisions that there will be no basement in the new building. Instead, the rooms on the first floor will be used for simple shelters.
