The Auditors and Divers were banned from accessing the pier №29 at the Reni branch of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration, the repair of which will cost 14.3 million hryvnias.
The State Audit Service of Ukraine has reported that it has already turned to the National Police regarding this violation.
In addition, earlier auditors faced obstacles at the ports of Chernomorsk and Belgorod-Dniester.
«Taking into account the cases of ignoring the work of state auditors by the port management, the State Audit Service is preparing a petition to the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Infrastructure, and the management of the State Enterprise «Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration» to intervene in the situation, remove obstacles to the work of auditors, and take measures to strengthen control over compliance with legislation in the field of financial control,» the service stated.
