Thousands of generators delivered to Kharkiv region from other regions of Ukraine

Support from Various Regions

The Kharkiv region is being supported by various corners of Ukraine. In particular, more than a thousand generators and batteries have been sent to the region from the Kherson, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Kyiv, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Sumy regions.

Generous Assistance

Significant assistance has been provided by Kyiv, which has sent two powerful generators, and the Bohuslav community has collected power banks for the residents. The Bohuslav City Council has also donated two 3.5 kW generators.

Aid from Cherkasy

The Cherkasy region is also providing assistance to Kharkiv, having already sent around twenty generators of various capacities, as well as batteries and other electrical devices.

Support Continues

The Khmelnytskyi region has already handed over 50 generators and 5 tons of fuel, preparing a new batch of aid. Deliveries of generators are also expected from the Zhytomyr, Luhansk, and Lviv regions.

Following continuous shelling by Russian forces, the Kharkiv region requires alternative sources of electricity. Russian forces have caused significant damage to the city’s energy infrastructure, particularly the TEC-5, which is currently unable to provide heat and electricity. Power outages are being implemented in the city and region.
