Love in Amidst Chaos

A True Survivor
Doctors say the worst is behind him, he will live and recover. Later, Andriy will go for rehabilitation to his native Ternopil region. He plans to take his beloved there. In Dnipro, doctors saved the life of a 22-year-old soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who was hit by an enemy drone with an explosive while serving on the Zaporizhia front.

«I was very lucky. I thank the guys who saved me, pulled me out,» Andriy noted.
His whole body is cut by shrapnel. He also received burns on his hand when he covered his eyes with it during the explosion to save his vision.
The soldier was initially treated in Zaporizhia and then in Dnipro. The chances of recovery were not high.
