Ukraine has concluded three new security agreements: with Sweden, Iceland, and Norway. Sweden will provide military assistance totaling around 6.5 billion euros from 2024 to 2026, including Archer artillery systems, artillery projectiles, CV 90 combat vehicles, and more.
Iceland will allocate nearly 30 million dollars annually from 2024 to 2028 for the purchase and supply of defense materials and equipment. Norway will provide approximately 1.2 billion euros in military assistance this year, and nearly 6.4 billion euros for the Nansen Program from 2023 to 2027 to support Ukraine.
Representatives from all five countries will also participate in the inaugural Peace Summit on June 15-16 in Switzerland.
