Tragic Incident in Zbaraz
A tragedy occurred in the village of Zbaraz in the Ternopil region of Ukraine. According to the investigation, during an argument, a 45-year-old woman stabbed her 72-year-old mother in the leg with a knife. As a result of massive blood loss, the pensioner died at the scene.
Suspect Arrested
Law enforcement officers arrested the suspect and confiscated the crime weapon — a knife. She is facing up to 10 years in prison for this crime.

«The court has chosen pre-trial detention as a preventive measure for the suspect. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing,» the police statement said.
