The official information from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) emphasizes
that draft notices for the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not handed out directly at the border.
However, there is a nuance.
If border guards during document checks find that a person is wanted, they may contact the police to have them delivered to the territorial conscription center (TCC).
In addition, representatives of the TCC may be present at certain border checkpoints at specific hours,
but they do not participate in border control activities.
Therefore, receiving a draft notice directly at the border is unlikely.
However, it is important to remember one’s duties to the state and fulfill them in accordance with the law.
