Legal Workshop on Military Crimes Conducted by Olexandra Yanovska
At the Cassation Criminal Court, Olexandra Yanovska conducted a legal workshop dedicated to the analysis of the norms of criminal law in Ukraine in cases related to military crimes. During her presentation, she acquainted the audience with statistics on aggression crimes and war crimes, current legislative changes, and judicial practice in this area. She also highlighted the peculiarities of qualifying «collaborative activities» and international standards in the assessment of war crimes.
