Important changes come into effect in Dnipro in March: pension indexing, registration for PMT, and other innovations

Changes Coming to Dnipro

In the coming months, residents of Dnipro and city guests can expect several significant changes, including the planned indexation of pensions and an increase in minimum pension payments.

Starting from March 1, pensions will be indexed by 8% due to inflation. It is expected that over 10 million pensioners will receive an increase in their payments.

Additionally, the minimum pensions will be raised depending on the age and insurance record. For example, pensioners with a short record will see an increase from 2520 to 2725 hryvnias, while non-working pensioners aged 65 to 70 with a certain record will receive from 3120 to 3370 hryvnias.

Also in March, registration for the National Multisubject Test will begin, which will be used for university admissions. Registration for the main test session will last until April 11, and the testing itself will take place from May 14 to June 25.

The mandatory subjects to be tested this year will be Ukrainian language, mathematics, and Ukrainian history.
