Russian forces carry out shelling attacks on Lyman, injuring eight

Russian forces carried out five shelling attacks on the town of Lyman in the Donetsk region on May 29, resulting in at least eight people being injured. The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadim Filashkin, reported the use of one rocket and four bombs during the attacks. Preliminary data shows damage to three residential and three administrative buildings. The eve of May 28 saw similar attacks in Oleksiyivka-Druzhkivka, injuring seven people, including a child. Additionally, the Russian army launched kamikaze drone attacks on southern Ukraine on May 29, which were successfully repelled by air defense forces.
