Head of the Odessa Regional State Administration meets with Estonian delegation
Head of the Odessa Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper, recently met with a delegation from Estonia, led by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to Ukraine, Anneli Kolk. The meeting, focused on discussing the regional situation, highlighted the development of the grain corridor and the enhancement of air space protection in the Odessa region.
Recognizing Estonia’s reputation for advancements in electronic governance, innovative technologies, and cybersecurity, collaboration in the realm of digitalization and IT was proposed. Additionally, the possibilities of strengthening economic cooperation between enterprises of both countries were explored.
Oleg Kiper also noted the hospitality extended by Estonia last summer to 40 children from Odessa for a vacation on the Baltic Sea coast. In response, Kiper suggested the potential organization of a similar vacation for children from the Odessa region this coming summer.
