Preventive measure chosen for Minister of Agricultural Policy Mykola Solskyi: bail set at 75 million hryvnias

At a meeting of the High Anti-Corruption Court, Mykola Solsky was taken into custody with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of 75 million hryvnias.

The court decided to keep Solsky in custody for 60 days, but with the condition of posting bail in the amount of 25 thousand times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which amounts to 75 million 700 thousand hryvnias.

If the bail is posted, Solsky will have certain procedural obligations, such as reporting to investigators, prosecutors, and the court, not leaving the boundaries of Kyiv without permission, informing about changes of residence, and refraining from communicating with witnesses.
