Public Formations in Odessa
In Odessa, there are over 20 «public formations» that cooperate with the Territorial Community Council and local self-government authorities. However, according to Valeriy Bolgan, the chief editor of «Intent», their activities do not always comply with the law.
Bolgan emphasized the importance of clear regulation of these organizations to avoid legal conflicts and ensure their proper functioning within the community.
