At the meeting of the Regional Executive Agency (REA), the possibility of conducting public procurement for the construction of civil defense protective structures at the Krasnopavlivsky Lyceum of Lozova district and Natalynsky Lyceum of Krasnograd district was discussed. This was reported by the regional council.
According to the members of the REA, in order to carry out these works, it is necessary to involve the relevant departments of the Kharkiv REA, developers of project documentation, contractors, and representatives of the public. This is necessary to ensure compliance with all requirements and to avoid possible violations.
«Additional analysis and comparison of the cost of materials and work with similar implemented projects need to be carried out,» said Deputy Head of the REA, Yevhen Ivanov.
The question of capital repairs of the basement premises of the Pysarivska Gymnasium in Bohodukhiv district was also discussed. The total area of its shelter is 800 square meters, and the cost of the work is estimated at 17.6 million hryvnias. It should be noted that furniture, household equipment, and generators for the gymnasium will be provided free of charge by the Czech Republic.
This project is important not only for the locality itself, but also for several districts. The civil defense structure will be used as a shelter for local residents.
The feasibility of repairing part of the basement premises of the Feskovsky Kindergarten was also discussed. After the completion of the repair work in the civil defense structure, offline classes are planned to be held.
Additionally, as part of the optimization of preschool institutions, it is planned to organize transportation for preschoolers by buses from Malaya Rogozyanka and Dovzhik for classes at the Feskovsky Kindergarten, as there are no suitable shelters in these settlements.
It should be noted that in June of this year, a contractor was selected in a village near the front in Kharkiv region for the development of documentation for the lyceum shelter for almost 1.5 million hryvnias without a tender. However, information about the contract and its annexes was not published, which does not allow journalists to assess the legality of this procurement.
