Man Arrested for Robbing Woman in Kyiv Park
In the capital, the police have arrested a man who robbed a woman in a park in the Darnytskyi district, the press service of the Kyiv police reported.
The assailant approached the woman, taking her phone and backpack, and started to flee.
The police detained the criminal. It turned out that he is a 34-year-old resident of Kyiv, who had been previously convicted for theft and fraud.
He faces up to 10 years in prison for the robbery committed during martial law. The suspect will remain in custody during the investigation.
