Rescuing a cat in Kyiv due to negligent owner

In the Sviatoshynsky district of the capital, animal rights activists, together with the police, rescued a cat that its owner had left in the apartment without food, water, and proper care for several days. This was reported by the Animal Protection Center.

The animal was taken to a veterinary clinic for a detailed examination, treatment, and further placement.

The owner of the animal was held accountable under Article 89 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
