Prosecutors Sue for Return of Forest Area to State Ownership
Prosecutors of the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor’s Office of the Ternopil region have filed a lawsuit in court for the return of a forest area to state ownership, worth almost 22 million hryvnias. According to them, the contract for temporary long-term use of forest land signed between the director of one of the branches of the State Forest Enterprise «Forests of Ukraine» and an entrepreneur is considered invalid.
