As a result of Russia’s cynical attack on Kharkiv on the night of February 10, a baby died. The child burned in his own home, and his body is impossible to find.
Identifying the Victim
According to the chief of the investigative department of the Kharkiv region police, Serhiy Bovliv, the temperature of the fire in the building was so high that the baby’s body burned completely.
«Unfortunately, identifying the baby’s body on the spot is impossible. The burning temperature was so high that the bones and body of the child almost turned to ash. A forensic medical expert is working on the scene. All collected remains will be taken to the morgue for examination. We assume that the mother was holding the children, hugging and pressing them to her chest,» Bovliv said.
