Update of the M-03 Kyiv-Kharkiv-Dovzhansky highway is nearly completed

The repair of the M-03 highway in Kharkiv region nears completion

The repair of the section of the M-03 Kyiv-Kharkiv-Dovzhansky highway in the Kharkiv region is practically 95% complete, according to the Infrastructure Renewal and Development Service.

The repair work was carried out on the stretch from Gontovyi Yar of Valkyvska community to Kharkiv. Earlier, it was also reported about the restoration of the road section from Korotych to Valok. This winter, drivers several times complained about the condition of the road, where there were huge potholes that left dozens of cars stranded. The issue of repairing the highway was also raised at the Defense Council meeting. As a result, the government allocated funds for the repair.

This highway is a key route for delivering humanitarian and military cargo, as well as evacuating the wounded. Potholes and pits were removed using pneumatic methods and hot asphalt concrete. Asphalt pavers were used to repair the most damaged sections.
